Passport & Visa Requirements
Delegates from countries within the European Union (Schengen Area) will only need a valid ID or passport to travel to Belgium. It is the sole responsibility of all other delegates to contact the nearest Belgian embassy or consulate for visa details. Please be sure to allow sufficient time for the application procedure! A visa application might take several months.
Proceedings
Accepted papers will be published online in Elsevier’s Energy Procedia, and the 20 best papers will be published in Elsevier‘s journal SOLMAT. Energy Procedia is an open-access online platform by Elsevier indexed by important databases such as ISI Web of Science and sciencedirect.com. All papers published in Energy Procedia feature individual DOI numbers and are therefore fully citable.
Before publication in Energy Procedia, access to the non-reviewed papers will be available on the restricted area of the conference website, which is accessible to all conference participants with the login and password provided after their conference registration.
