Abstract Submission
The abstract submission deadline was November 28, 2011. Notifications of acceptance will be sent on January 30, 2012.
Accommodation
Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. For participants of SiliconPV 2012 we have reserved room contingents in different categories in Leuven as well as in two hotels at Brussels airport. Rooms are available from April 2-5, 2012. For a list of hotels, please see Accommodation. When booking your room, please state the reservation reference shown in the list at Accommodation.
Catering
During the conference, all catering is included in the conference fee, i.e. lunch and two coffee breaks per day as well as a drink and a snack at the welcome reception.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.
Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance for registered participants will only be available on-site and cannot be issued after the conference. Please come to the registration desk. We will gladly issue a certificate of attendance for you.
